Our Quote is valid for a period of 30 days

Payment to be made immediately on completion by a cheque/ DD/ pay order favoring payable in any of the metro cities in India. For Corporate accounts on presentation of our bills, after completion of job and a purchase order from the organization is a must for availing this facility.

A written order to be given by you accepting our offer or a copy of this quote may be endorsed in acceptance of our offer.

Ontario! State Levies! Entry taxes, etc., if any will be billed to your account.

Our charges exclude Handy Man Services like professional carpenter! electrician A/C mechanic! plumber / maids etc.

Our Charges excludes filling of Petrol! Diesel / Oil for Motor Cars(Min. Petrol of 10 letters should be in the car as we have to drive down the car to loading place at origin and from unloading place to your residence at destination.)

Xerox Copy of RC! Insurance to be Provided by you for Car Transport

Storage services if availed will be billed quarterly in advan

Any moving in / moving out charges payable to apartment associations to be paid by you.

Value of goods for insurance should be declared individually at the time of packing as per Inventory/packing list. Shree Shyam Express will insure the goods through the approved insurance companies and certificate will be provided on request.

All motor vehicles values are determined by the value in the insurance policy.

To declare reasonable value as the same will be reviewed by the insurance company.

Shree Shyam Express Packers will not be liable to settle any existing damages! Refrigerator or Air conditioner gas leakages Damage claim rectification / settlement will be done based on insurance surveyor report subject to approval from the Insurance Company.

Shree Shyam Express Packers or its insurance company is not liable for any internal damages! Mechanical failure in transit. Scratches and dents (minor & major) should be mentioned in the vehicle acceptance report while taking delivery of Car.

The insurance coverage includes the total loss of goods due to accidents / breakage in transit, external damages, if found while unpacking at the time of delivery.

Comprehensive Insurance coverage is not applicable for goods not packed by Shree Shyam Express. However Shree Shyam Express will arrange for transit risk coverage (total loss of goods during transportation period) for goods to be transported from one location to another.

Comprehensive transit risk insurance would mean insurance under Shree Shyam Express's own liability scheme unless otherwise specifically requested in writing! mail by the customer to insure his consignment with a nationally recognized insurance company.

Jewelry, currency, valuable papers/ documents including negotiable instruments, coins, collections, software programs.

Passage of times i.e., perishable goods alcoholic beverages, damages caused by leakage of other fluids in the consignment viz., oil, paint, printer cartridges etc.

Payment: (Part Load : 100% advance, Full Truck Load 85% Advance) Time allotted & Transit time
